The Sarnia Sting lost 4-1 to the Spitfires on Saturday in Windsor.
The Spitfires now lead the best of seven OHL first round series two games to none.
Windsor opened the scoring with a goal from Will Cuylie at the 14:18 mark of the first period.
The second period was scoreless.
At 43 seconds into the third period, Pasquale Zito scored for Windsor before Sarnia's Nolan Dann made it 2-1 at the 4:45 mark assisted by Ty Voit and Zach Filak.
That was followed by Spitfire goals from Daniel D'Amico and Cuylie's second into an empty net.
Benjamin Goudreau made 39 saves for the Sting while Mathias Onuska stopped 22 shots.
Game three is set for Tuesday at 7:05 p.m. at the Progressive Auto Sales Arena, with the pregame show starting at 6:30 p.m. on 103.9 FM - 1070 AM CHOK.
