CF Industries is scheduled to start a site wide shutdown on Friday, September 9.
In a notice from the Bluewater Association for Safety, Environment and Sustainability (BASES), the company said maintenance work at the Courtright facility is planned to wrap up by October 31.
Residents may notice increased flaring, noise, venting and traffic around the Bickford line site while work is completed.
