A couple of alleged impaired drivers have been nabbed on OPP-patrolled roads in Lambton County over the past week.
A 45-year-old Watford man was arrested Wednesday night after OPP stopped a vehicle on Petrolia Line.
Police said a vehicle with expired number plates was stopped at around 9:50 p.m.
The driver allegedly failed a roadside screening and was taken to the Lambton OPP detachment to provide breath samples.
He was charged with operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
Meanwhile, OPP also arrested a 35-year-old Lambton Shores man for allegedly speeding and driving while impaired on Lakeshore Road on November 26.
The 35-year-old was charged with operation while impaired, operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus), driving a motor vehicle with an open container of liquor, speeding, and two counts of breach of a probation order.
Both of the accused were released with future court dates.
