Christmas in the Village will be back in Point Edward, following a two-year hiatus, with a long list of family-fun activities.
The 11th annual tradition will be held on Saturday from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.
The free event will feature face painting, horse and buggy rides, Christmas caroling, and crafts. Cookies and hot chocolate will be served at the fire hall and smores will be available at Manley's.
Children can also visit Santa Claus in the pergola.
Original Albert's will also host it's 13th annual food drive in support of the Inn of the Good Shepherd from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.
"Our staff, friends and family volunteer their time and our food distributors generously donate supplies so that 100% of EVERYTHING raised can be donated," read a Facebook post.
Drinks will be sold for $1 or one non-perishable food item, hot dogs will cost $2 or two food items, and small fries will cost $4 or four non-perishables. There will also be a charitable bake sale.
Last year, Original Albert's donated 2,194 pounds of non-perishable items and $1,500 to the local food bank. The local business continued its food drive event while Christmas in the Village was put on hold.
