The County of Lambton has closed a section of Lasalle Line, by the Lambton College Fire School, for emergency repairs.
All lanes will be closed to all traffic, between Tashmoo Avenue and Vidal Street South, for the duration of the work.
The county said there will be no through traffic, even emergency vehicles won't have access through the work zone.
Traffic is being detoured along Highway 40, Petrolia Line, Hill Street and Lyndoch Street / St. Clair Parkway.
The culvert and road repairs are expected to take two weeks, weather permitting.
