Around 4:45 p.m., police asked the public for help locating Edward Gagnon. They provided an image and physical description of the young man.
The Sarnia Police Service shared a statement saying Gagnon was located and his wellbeing confirmed just before 9 p.m.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
