Father's Day events across Lambton County

The Huron House Boys Home is holding its 36th annual Run, Walk, Skate, Bike this Sunday, June  18.

The Father's Day tradition has grown to include a 10km run, 5km timed run, a 5km walk as well as rollerblade and bike routes.

You can register online at www.raceroster.com.  There's no registration the day of the event.

Proceeds will benefit the Bright's Grove facility which has supported over 1,500 boys and their families since 1970.

All routes begin and end at Mike Weir Park starting at 8 a.m., followed by a pancake breakfast.

The Petrolia Lions are hosting a Father's Day Breakfast

It's on from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at the Petrolia Lions Hall on Huggard Street.

Donations will be collected to support the service clubs community initiatives.

You can take dad to look at some hot wheels on Sunday.

The Petrolia Discovery is hosting a Car Show at Greenwood Park.

Vehicle registration is $15 and admission is $5 for adults, $12 for a family and children under six-years-old are free.

It's on from 9:30 a.m. until 3 p.m.
