Licensed home child care provider recruitment night in Forest

Forest is the next stop for an information night to recruit new licensed home child care providers.

Wee Watch and Lambton Rural Child Care have teamed up to host the session at the Kineto Theatre on King Street Thursday, July 13, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Lambton Rural Child Care Executive Director Lori Veroude said it's an opportune time to open a licensed home-based child care business as the sector is greatly expanding.

“If you love children and want to grow a successful, flexible business that you have control over, we are here to support, inform, and encourage you," said Veroude.

Finding adequate care has been an issue for families across Sarnia-Lambton. Similar events have been held in Petrolia and Sarnia.
