Police said the driver was clocked at 93 km/h in a 50 km/h zone.
The driver was charged with stunt driving and their licence suspended for 30 days.
The vehicle was impounded for 14 days.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
