A historic building in Sarnia, formerly SCITS high school, will host an open house on February 10 as a revamped private school.
Toronto-area Developer Rakesh Gupta previously said the facility would operate like a boarding school, with plans to include an on-site childcare centre.
Official plan and zoning bylaw amendments were approved by Sarnia City Council in June of 2022.
As specified on is website, tours of the new SCITS will take place during the open house at 12 p.m., 3 p.m., and 6 p.m.
Those planning to attend are asked to fill out a form on the school's website.
According to the website, the private school caters to students in Grades 1-12.
Sarnia News Today reached out to developers and school officials but an interview could not be accommodated prior to publication.
