A Sarnia man is facing charges after allegedly stabbing another man multiple times on Saturday.
Police responded to an altercation at the River City Vineyard shortly after midnight.
They heard that an altercation had occurred between two adult males, resulting in a 51-year-old Sarnia resident being stabbed multiple times.
The victim was transported to Bluewater Health for treatment of serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The accused, a 24-year-old man was located at the scene and arrested.
He is facing charges for assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm and failing to comply with a probation order.
The suspect was held for bail and subsequently remanded into custody, until a court appearance on Wednesday.
