As of midnight on April 1, vehicles will be allowed to park on the road between the hours of 2 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. without getting a ticket.
The city permits vehicles to be parked on the street for a maximum of 12 hours.
The seasonal parking ban will go back into effect at the end of November.
