Residents invited to sign-up for fall-winter programs

Registration is now open for a long list of fall and winter recreation programs in Sarnia.

The upcoming season, which kicks off on September 3, will include a number of indoor sports, language classes, Tai Chi, and several new offerings such as pick-up hockey, social singers and leather carving.

“We’re always looking to provide a diverse set of experiences in our programs that serve a wide range of interests. Whether you’re looking to pick up a new creative exploit, get in shape or just have fun, we have something for you in the fall-winter lineup,” said Activities Programmer Mike Neely.

An estimated 1,500 to 1,800 people participated in upwards of 85 unique program each year.

You can register online through the city's website, or in person at the Strangway Centre on East Street.

The fall-winter season wraps up on March 28, 2025.
