Staff and patrons at a Sarnia bank were left feeling distressed after a disturbance Thursday morning.
Sarnia police were called at around 10:43 a.m. to an Exmouth Street bank near East Street.
An erratic man was reportedly pacing in front of the teller stations, and approaching clients yelling that the bank was being robbed.
When officers arrived, the man continued to make loud statements about robbing the bank, clearly upsetting others in the area.
The 31-year-old was arrested for causing a disturbance, and breach of probation.
