A 17-year-old accused of causing disturbances at two separate businesses in Watford is facing several charges.

Lambton OPP was called to an unspecified business on August 16, shortly after 6 a.m. As part of the investigation, the youth was arrested and charged with theft under $5,000 and mischief.

They were held for a bail hearing and released from police custody.

Their identity has not been released as it's protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA).
