Seven athletes from the Bluewater Gymnastics Club had a strong showing at this past weekend's Provincial Championships in Mississauga. Jovie Richardson won the Bar competition in the High Performance Novice division. She and Rachael Riley who won three bronze medals on Vault, Bars and Floor will compete at the Canadian Championships in Edmonton in June Amy Bladon will also compete at the Canadians after placing third on beam, floor and overall, and won silver on vault and bars Serena Baker took the gold on bars in the 15 and over level 10. Shea Skinn-Wai will also travel to the National Championship after capturing bronze in vault. Lexi McCormack will compete for Ontario at the Easter Canadian Championships in May. Lyla D’Andrea finished 13th on the beam and placed 18th overall.
