Sarnia's Kyle Jackson scored the eventual game winner as the Rochester Nighthawks dealt the Toronto Rock their first win of the season with a 9-8 win Saturday.
Jackson gave Rochester a three goal lead with about nine minutes left in the contest. The insurance marker proved helpful, as the Rock scored twice in the final few minutes to make it a one goal game.
The University of Michigan graduate finished the game with two goals and an assist, bring his season totals to four goals and 13 assists in four games. His 17 points leads all first year players, he's 19th in NLL scoring.
