The Sarnia Sting dropped a 5-3 decision to the Oshawa Generals in OHL action on Friday.
Drake Rymsha and Adam Ruzicka both scored in the first period to give Sarnia a 2-0 advantage, but Oshawa scored late in the frame to cut the lead in half.
Jordan Kyrou scored for Sarnia 7:54 into the second period, however, the Generals were able to score two back-to-back goals to tie the game 3-3 going into the third. Oshawa scored two unanswered goals in the final frame to earn the win.
Oshawa also outshot Sarnia 36-34.
The Sting are in Kitchener on Sunday to take on the Rangers at 2pm.
