Lucas Knowles opened the scoring for St. Pat's, but St. Anne responded with four unanswered goals in the third period en route to the 4-1 victory.
Jakob Knowles, twin brother of Lucas, was strong once again in net for the Irish.
St. Anne was undefeated during league play this season.
The Irish defeated Great Lakes in the LKSSAA Final last Friday.
Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
