Teams in the Provincial Junior Hockey League will hit the ice this fall.
The league and many of its teams announced on Twitter Tuesday that the official start date for the 2021-2022 season will be October 1.
A schedule for the eight divisions is expected in the coming weeks.
The PJHL cancelled the 2020-2021 season in April due to the ongoing pandemic after the 2020 playoffs were brought to a halt in March 2020.
The league, formed in 2016, has 63 member clubs including Mooretown and Petrolia.
