A few internal audits show mainly success throughout different City of Windsor operations.
At Monday night's meeting, Council saw the results from audits on Transit Windsor, the Windsor Airport, management information security and procurement, purchasing and payables.
Most reports showed no major concerns, however the transit audit showed a lack of customer surveying.
Mayor Drew Dilkens says, "a couple did identify significant concerns, but when you scratch the surface and look at the detail, they're things that we are going to implement. There are implementation plans already prepared," explains Dilkens. "We take it very, very seriously, and when we find that there's something that we can improve on, from the way we do our business, we like to hop on those things."
All four audits were performed by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
