Windsor police say the investigation into the 47-year-old started on New Year's Eve.
The Internet Child Exploitation Unit searched a residence Wednesday and seized a laptop, desktop computer and smartphone.
The man has been charged with accessing and possessing child pornography.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
