The Windsor Police Service says Emilio was last seen on Friday around 11am, in the area of Giles Blvd. and McDougall Ave. He has since been located and is safe.
Police are thanking the public for their help in locating Emilio.
Police responded to 11 incidents between July 26 and August 19.
