The Carlo Negri Memorial Scholarship will go to one student in the St. Clair College culinary and hospitality program and the winemaking program at Brock University.
Each scholarship will be worth $5,000 yearly.
Negri passed away in June of 2014. He moved to Essex County from Italy in 1980 to become Colio's winemaker.
