Windsor-Based Show Needs Backers

Locally filmed web series "Cooked" is looking to raise $25,000 over the next 30 days, in order to keep the project moving forward.

Creator Joel Boyce says he and his team of producers, actors and a director have been working on "Cooked" for the last year and a half in Windsor, and this money would go a long way. "This will finish everything: adding the colour, the editing, marketing it, we want to send it out for distribution. We want to send it to Netflix, Amazon, Comedy Network, anyone who will pick it up."

Boyce and the crew gathered to launch a crowdfunding initiative online via kickstarter on Wednesday.

Rewards for investments in the project range between a simple thank you and being named an executive director, depending on how much you donate.
