Decent-Paying Jobs Still Coming

An announcement of 100 new jobs in Windsor is now expected in July.

Mayor Drew Dilkens anticipated back in March that he would be announcing new "decent-paying jobs" in April, but after meeting with officials from the interested company on Wednesday, it appears things are simply taking longer than originally projected.  "When you get the benefit of all of the information, you'll see how it played out and what went into it, and I think it will be very understandable," explains the mayor.

Dilkens is still not expanding on what sector or what part of the city the announcement could affect.

This deal has been in the works since February.
