As BlackburnNews.com told you Monday, a 31-year-old man was found Sunday afternoon lying on Dougall Ave. with multiple stab wounds to his chest and back.
Initially the victim wasn't cooperating with police, however officers were able to identify the suspect and make an arrest.
The investigation continues.
