A portion of Riverside Dr. E in Tecumseh was closed early this morning as crews battled a car fire.
Fire officials were called around 3am to a multi-unit building in the 13-thousand block of Riverside Dr. E.
When they arrived, a 2011 Ford Ranger was fully engulfed in flames.
The blaze was so intense, crews were concerned it could spread to the nearby building. However, they were able to keep it contained to the vehicle.
No one was hurt. The fire caused $10,000 damage and the cause will go down as undetermined.
