BlackburnNews.com file photo.No charges are being laid after a 50-year-old woman was struck by a vehicle in Windsor.
The Windsor Police Service says on Friday afternoon, a 2012 Chevy Traverse was reversing into a parking spot in the area of University Ave. W and Victoria Ave., when it struck the woman.
The woman was taken to hospital to be treated for minor injuries and was later released.
Police say the woman did not have the right-of-way to cross the street when she was struck.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
