An all-candidates debate in Essex is giving a few voters something to think about, but mostly brought out party supporters Wednesday night.
NDP candidate Tracey Ramsey may not have changed his vote, but certainly impressed Conservative supporter George Kennedy.
"I like what they're saying if it doesn't cost me, but how do you do it? The NDP [candidate] she does her homework I got to hand it to her, but the promises [NDP Leader Tom Mulcair] makes, we can't afford them," says Kennedy.
Jennifer Alderson represented the Green Party, incumbent Jeff Watson was there for the Conservatives and Audrey Festeryga for the Liberals.
Marxist-Leninist Party candidate in Windsor West Margaret Villamizar wasn't happy her party's candidate in Essex wasn't allowed to join the debate.
"It's important that all candidates in a democratic exercise be given the right to speak, so unfortunately there was no opportunity given to him to speak," says Villamizar.
The debate drew close to 100 people consisting mostly party supporters and few undecided voters.
