The Canada Border Services Agency says they found 20 bricks of cocaine in the back of a commercial truck.
The truck was referred to secondary inspection at the Ambassador Bridge on September 16, and officers found 24.3 kg of cocaine during their search.
The 45-year-old driver from Guelph faces trafficking and importing a controlled substance charges. He's in custody until a court appearance Friday.
Since January, the agency has seized more than 328 kgs of cocaine at border crossings in southern Ontario.
