Undecided voters in Windsor may be a little closer to deciding where they will mark their 'X' after a casual meet and greet with area candidates in the federal election on Wednesday night.
Windsor Independent hosted the Brews and Banter event at Rino's Kitchen and Ale House with eleven area candidates taking part.
Candidate's didn't lock up Nadine Abiraad's vote at the event.
"Let me tell you, I won't be basing my decision on what I see from the candidates tonight. It's the platform that matters to me," says Abiraad.
Dante Giglio also attended and feels the casual setting gives him a better idea of what the candidates are about.
"I like that it's not entirely scripted here. You get to really see who they are and where they stand as opposed to a formal debate," says Giglio.
Roughly 50 people attended the event.
