Marilyn Gladu is the Conservative candidate for Sarnia-Lambton.
The former Dow Chemical Engineer and current Bussiness Director for WorleyParsons Sarnia office has lived in Lambton County for over 20 years.
She says her time in Marthaville, Petrolia, and the Township of Enniskillen has given her an appreciation of agriculture.
Gladu has two daughters in university, and a 90-year-old mother living in Petrolia. She says this gives her a better understanding of issues facing seniors and youth.
The past president of the Lambton Conservative Association was picked over two other candidates during a nomination meeting February 21.
The Sarnia-Lambton seat was made available when MP Pat Davidson announced in November of last year that she would not seek re-election.
