Police reported the crash just before 12pm at the corner of County Rd. 34 and County Rd. 27.
There are no details of any injuries, but witnesses watched EMS crews entering the van through the windshield to treat a woman inside. It's believed she was taken to hospital for treatment.
We're hoping for more information from police later this afternoon.
