Firefighters responded to the blaze on Meadowbrook Ln. around 9:30pm.
There were no injuries reported, and no tenants were displaced.
Crews did have to take some time to air out smoke from the stairwell and hallways of the building.
Windsor police were busy once again dealing with a pair of stunt drivers in as many days.
