A Windsor man has won nearly $150,000 from the LOTTO 6/49 draw.
Frank Carlini won for matching five out of the six numbers plus the bonus number in the December 12, 2015 lottery.
The winning ticket was purchased at Metro on Tecumseh Rd. in Windsor.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
