Yangting Liu was last seen on Sunday.
Police officials say he's known to mostly hang around the university area.
Police are concerned for his safety, and asking that anyone with information on his whereabouts call them immediately.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
