BlackburnNews.com photoPolice are investigating after a single-vehicle crash in Essex sent one person to hospital with serious injuries.
The Ontario Provincial Police says on Friday around 4pm, officers responded to the collision on Wright Rd. just south of Gore Rd.
The driver, who was the only person in the vehicle at the time of the crash, was rushed to hospital with life threatening injuries.
Police say the road is open while officers investigate.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
