Unifor Local 444 and the ATS reached a tentative deal Friday, with the ratification vote taking place Sunday morning.
The division's president, Dino Chiodo, says 65.1% of workers voted in favour of the new collective agreement.
Workers with Auto Transport Service LLC load and carry vehicles, mainly to and from Windsor's FIAT Chrysler plant.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
Rondeau Harbour and Wheatley Harbour will now have the funding to make infrastructure repairs and upgrades.
