It happened shortly before 8:30am at County Rd. 9 and County Rd. 20.
The car came to rest on its roof in the ditch.
EMS is taking care of the driver, but the extent of their injuries remains unknown at this time.
Amherstburg police are investigating.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
