The Storm led the Express throughout the first three quarters, but Windsor was able to tie things up 94-94 with a minute left in the game. However, the Express couldn't gain the advantage, falling with a six point deficit.
Chris Commons led Windsor with 26 points and ten rebounds.
The Express will take on the London Lightning next on Wednesday at 7:30pm.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
