The Windsor Police Service says collision occurred on Sunday around 10pm causing a the closure at Central Ave.
Police officials say the collision was minor and there are no injuries.
The road was reopened around 11pm.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
