(Photo courtesy Windsor police)A 41-year-old Windsor man is facing further charges, as the victim of a hit and run has passed away.
Two weeks ago, along Tecumseh Rd. E. at Kildare Rd., a 72-year-old woman was hit by a pick-up truck which fled the scene.
Police caught up with the suspect two days later and laid charges of Fail to Stop Causing Bodily Harm.
The victim succumbed to her injuries on Saturday.
Matthew Pilon now faces one count of Fail to Stop Resulting in Death.
