The Windsor Express beat the Niagara River Lions 97-93 on Friday.
Despite falling behind the River Lions in the first half, the Express were able to gain a 74-68 lead at the end of the third quarter. It was a close final frame with both teams neck and neck, but Windsor kept ahead in the fourth to score the win.
Chris Commons led Windsor with 22 points and four rebounds. Brandon Robinson also had 21 points at eight rebounds.
The Express will face the London Lightning on Saturday starting at 7:30pm.
