Total damage is pegged at over $400,000 after a residential fire broke out at a home in Windsor.
The Windsor Fire and Rescue Service says firefighters responded to the blaze at 1133 Hickory St. near Richmond St., on Wednesday around 1pm. The fire also spread to two neighbouring homes.
All residents and pets were able to exit the houses safely.
Fire officials say the blaze stared at the rear exterior of the home, but the cause is undermined.
Damage to 1133 Hickory St. is estimated at $250,000, while damage to 1127 Hickory St. is pegged at $150,000, and damage to 1129 Hickory St. is around $40,000.
