The much-anticipated Windsor IKEA store will officially open April 4.
It's a location for customers to order, pick-up and peruse the showroom of products. The floor space is about 10% the size of a typical IKEA warehouse location.
IKEA Windsor is located at the old Future Shop at 4115 Walker Rd.
It opens to the public on Monday April 4 at 10am. The media gets a sneak preview at 9am.
When it was announced back in October, IKEA Canada's president said the new store would employ about 35 people.
This is just one of five new pick-up locations being built across Canada.
