Police say a neighbour called the cops after witnessing a man enter through a window of a home in the 8000-block of Annie St. on Monday.
Officers were dispatched at around 3:25pm and arrested a 22-year-old male suspect at the scene.
He has been charged with break and enter and possession of break and enter instruments.
