Sgt. Mike Foreman will not be able to drive for a year, and has to pay a $1,050 fine.
He was charged back on May 9.
Foreman's been suspended with pay, as there's been no word yet on dates for his Police Act Hearing.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
