A 53-year-old man, who fell through the roof of Goodlife Fitness on Dougall Ave., has died of his injuries.
The man was working on the roof on July 15 when he fell up to 20 ft through an opening to the floor below.
The Ministry of Labour has issued five orders to Rauth Roofing including installing adequate floor covering and guard rails, securing the top and bottom of the access ladder and installing bump lines.
The ministry's investigation continues.
No one else was hurt in the accident.
