The Windsor Police Service says on Saturday just before 6pm, a Volkswagen vehicle and a Dodge Charger collided on Division Rd. at Marentette Ave.
Three people have been taken to hospital with what is believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
Police say careless driving charges are pending.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
